Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for the Battery Management System (BMS) that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to Agile development teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile principles and practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
3. Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, requirements, specifications, and other relevant artifacts to support effective project execution and knowledge transfer.
4. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, requirements, and priorities.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. A master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Prior experience specifically in the automotive industry or with automotive software development is highly beneficial.
3. Familiarity with the automotive industry, including knowledge of automotive software development processes, regulations (such as ISO 26262 for functional safety), and industry standards.
4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
